I had 2 amazing massages from Audrey McCrone. One was a deep massage from 2026 in July. I had twisted a muscle in my lower back and buttocks to where pain rand down my leg in my muscle. Of course because of that the rest of my body was hurting because of the issue. She did amazing job. She was making sure that the pressure was ok for me by asking me and asking me to let her know it i was in any pain while massaging me. All I have to say is that I felt the relief a day or so afterwards. Im so greatful to her. She worked wonders for me and my issue was resolved by her skills along with wonderful stretching that she added into the deep tissue message. My body definitely needed this. The second one was a Swedish massage and it help me so much to relieve just muscle tension from repative movements from my job. It was perfect just what I needed.
