Aloha!! I am Audrey the owner and LMT here at Art of Serenity. Originally from Chicago, moved here in 2021. Absolutely love the southern hospitality and mild winters! Been a massage therapist since 2015. With a background in personal training and Thai massage, I love to work in some stretches during my sessions. Also love to blend in some techniques from my favorite modality Lomi Lomi as well as myofasical, trigger point and Thai depending on my clients needs. I also specialize in prenatal, bamboo, hot sotnes, cuppng, sports, deep tissue and Swedish. I tend to be medium to firm pressure but can adjust according to your preference. Looking forward to building a long relationship and working with you to help achieve your wellness goals.
